Who are we?
In 1999 we developed a company that provides adaptive and assistive products for the elderly. This company is called Assisted Living Store, Inc. It is located at http://www.assistedliving-store.com.
After we developed Assisted Living Store, Inc. we found that warming products were a popular product choice for the elderly and we decided to expand our selection of warming products through a new website (ElectricBlanket.NET) that has a broader market focus in this product area.

Kimberly A. Carlson, President, M.S. Degree Gerontology - Grew up in Frederick, South Dakota and had to plug in her car to start it...Brrrr... Kim has worked in the field of Gerontology (aging studies) for more than 13 years either through Assisted Living Store, Inc. as its President and founder, the USDA Extension Service or through Mankato State University, Mankato, Minnesota.

Thomas L. Carlson, Vice-President, B.A. Degree Criminal Justice - Grew-up in Duluth, Minnesota Brrrr... Tom worked for over 11 years as a Senior Special Agent (federal law enforcement officer) and left his job to focus his enjoyment on the business he and his wife (Kim) have built.
